How it started
At the age of 10, Mike Jr. started working for his Dad Mike Sr. Every summer was dedicated to learning the trade and 7 years later Mike Jr. went full time. With 45 years of paving experience, Mike Jr. is a master of his trade.
In 1999, he founded his company and has been providing professional service ever since. With contracts nation wide, an experienced and professional work force, and high quality materials, Asphalt & Concrete Maintenance LLC is the right choice for your paving project.

Maintaining paved surfaces in Arkansas is particularly challenging because of the wide range of weather we experience. In most cases, asphalt is cheaper than concrete.
Asphalt should be maintained to get long life.
Asphalt is easier and cheaper to fix than concrete.
Not all broken asphalt needs to be removed to fix. Some can be overlaid.
Asphalt is only as strong as what it is laid on. If there is a sinkhole in asphalt, the ground under it sank. Asphalt conforms to what it is laid on.
Most over lays on existing asphalt are 1.5" to 2" compacted.
Cold mix is more expensive than hot mix asphalt and cold mix is only for temporary repairs. Hot mix is for permanent repairs.
You need to wait at least 90 days for asphalt to cure.
